HMSA’s Online Care provides you access to Hawaii‑licensed and HMSA‑credentialed providers virtually 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether it’s through video or messaging, you can get professional help from the comfort and privacy of your home. Review your Benefit Guide for more information on costs. 

How to Access Online Care

On a Computer

• Visit hmsaonlinecare.com
• Click Sign Up
• Enter your information exactly as it appears on your HMSA membership card
• Create an email login and password (your Online Care login is separate from My Account)
• Select your health plan and subscriber ID, then complete your profile

To add a dependent under 18, follow the prompts in your Online Care account to register them based on their membership details.

Download the App

• Download the HMSA Online Care app from the App Store or Google Play
• Open the app and tap Sign Up
• Follow the same steps as above to register using your HMSA information

SupportLinc offers expert guidance to help you and your family address and resolve everyday issues.
